Websites and brand messaging

Miami Beach web design and brand messaging.

We build websites for South Florida small businesses, and iPhone and iPad apps when a business needs one: tools that take work off your plate, and apps your customers use. Websites are from $249 a month, with hosting and care included, and every project runs one careful step at a time.

What we do

Websites, and the words that go on them.

Websites

New sites, rebuilds and monthly plans, built on an easy-to-use CMS you will have access to. You can log in and change text, photos, hours and menus yourself, and we are there for anything bigger.

New sites
Starting from nothing, or from a loose collection of ideas. Pages written for the people who will read them, a title and description on every page, a clear next step, and a layout that holds up on a phone.
Rebuilds
Your current site becomes source material. We go through what is there, keep what works, rewrite what is thin, and rebuild the structure underneath: one h1 per page, clean headings, structured data, nothing orphaned.
Monthly plans
Launch keeps the site hosted and working. Growth adds new pages and blog posts and tunes the site for search.

Brand voice and messaging

We define how your business sounds: its voice, its messaging and the words on every page. The work runs through CAFECITO, our brand voice system, and ends in a defined voice and messaging that your team and your AI tools can write from.

It suits a new business finding its words, an established one that has outgrown them, or any site that reads like five different people wrote it.

Monthly plans

Launch day is the start, not the finish.

Most sites look their best the week they go live, then slowly fall behind: old hours, no new pages, a message that no longer matches the business. Every Zossoz site comes with a monthly plan, so yours stays current, and we look after it.

    Everything in Growth, plus

    • A CAFECITO brand voice system in the first 60 days, and the whole site rewritten in it

    • A seasonal homepage refresh each quarter: new headline, photos and featured offer
    • Up to 12 small changes a month, handled first

Rather pay once?

Ask for an upfront quote instead. The site is built the same way, and a small monthly care plan keeps it hosted and current. Monthly plans have a twelve-month minimum, set out in your quote.

It is the same ongoing work behind the customer sites on our work page.

zossoz.com itself was rebuilt the way we rebuild client sites, and the write-up goes through every decision. We run our own business on apps we built, and our apps for everyday life are on the App Store.

How it works

Simple, and mostly by email.

  1. 1

    Tell us about the project

Use the form below. Say what you are working on and what it needs to do, or ask for a free teardown first.

  2. 2

    We reply by email

With questions, if there are any, and a quote. Everything stays in writing.

  3. 3

    We build it

On an easy-to-use CMS you will have access to, with you approving the pages as they take shape.

  4. 4

    Your monthly plan

Launch keeps the site hosted and working. Growth and Growth + Voice add new pages and posts, and tune the site to be found on Google.

Start a project

Tell us what you are building.

Ask for a quote if you know roughly what you need. If you are not sure yet, ask for a free teardown: a person reads your public site and emails you a written punch list within a few business days, covering what is unclear, what is missing and what gets in the way for visitors, search and AI tools.

Not sure yet? Try the 2-minute phone test first.

Want to see it before you decide? Ask for a free homepage mock-up. Send your business name and where to find you on Google Maps, and we put together a homepage for your business.

Need an app? Tell us what it should do, and we’ll send you a quote. Pick “An iPhone or iPad app” in the form.

We read every request and reply within a few business days.

Questions people ask before they write in.

How does quoting work?
Fill in the short quote form with what you are working on, what it needs to do, and anything you know about budget and timing. We read it and reply by email with questions and a quote. There is no sales sequence, and everything that matters is in writing, which gives both sides time to think.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. Your site is built on an easy-to-use CMS that you get access to. You can log in and change text, photos, hours and menus yourself, and we are there for anything bigger. Your plan also includes a set number of small changes each month that we make for you.
What does the free teardown cover?
A person reads your public site and writes up twelve plain-word checks: phone view, speed, hours and contact, menu, services and prices, booking or next step, trust, easy to read and use, what you do, page titles and descriptions, structure and links, fresh and up to date, and where you are. You get the findings in writing, with the three fixes to make first. No login or access is needed, only your website address. It does not promise rankings or traffic.
How long does a website take?
It depends on the size of the site and how quickly content and feedback come back. A small new site and a large rebuild are different projects, so the quote includes a timeline for yours. Nothing starts until you have seen it.
Do I have to write the copy?
No. You bring direction, context, and approval, and Zossoz writes the pages. If you already have good writing, it gets used.
Can you use what is already on my site?
Yes. Your current site is source material. What works stays, what is thin gets rewritten, and the structure is rebuilt around it.
What is brand voice and messaging work?
It is defining how your business sounds and what it says: the voice, the core messages, and the words on every page. We use CAFECITO, our brand voice system, so the result is a written voice and messaging guide that your team and your AI tools can write from, and everything you publish reads like one company.
