Websites and brand messaging
Miami Beach web design and brand messaging.
Zossoz is an independent design studio in Miami. We make our own iPhone apps, and we build websites and brand messaging for businesses. Every project runs by email, one careful step at a time.
What we do
Websites, and the words that go on them.
Websites
New sites, rebuilds and ongoing care, built on Duda, which lets an owner manage a structured site without a developer on retainer. It is a good platform and we know it well.
- New sites
- Starting from nothing, or from a loose collection of ideas. Pages written for the people who will read them, a title and description on every page, a clear next step, and a layout that holds up on a phone.
- Rebuilds
- Your current site becomes source material. We go through what is there, keep what works, rewrite what is thin, and rebuild the structure underneath: one h1 per page, clean headings, structured data, nothing orphaned.
- Ongoing care
- Updates, content freshness checks, and the quiet maintenance that keeps a site from drifting. Optional, and the site is yours either way.
Brand voice and messaging
We define how your business sounds: its voice, its messaging and the words on every page. The work runs through CAFECITO, the studio’s brand voice system, and ends in a defined voice and messaging that your team and your AI tools can write from.
It suits a new business finding its words, an established one that has outgrown them, or any site that reads like five different people wrote it.
Proof
The same studio that makes the apps.
Sixteen iPhone apps, each with its own name, icon, colours and voice, all made in-house. The same hands do the work for your business. zossoz.com itself was rebuilt the way we rebuild client sites, and the write-up goes through every decision.
How it works
All by email, so nobody has to find a time that works.
- 1
Tell us about the project
Use the form below. Say what you are working on and what it needs to do, or ask for a free teardown first.
- 2
AJ replies by email
With questions, if there are any, and a quote. Everything stays in writing.
- 3
We build it
On Duda, with you approving the pages as they take shape.
- 4
Care, if you want it
Someone keeps an eye on the site after launch. Or you run it yourself.

Start a project
Tell us what you are building.
Ask for a quote if you know roughly what you need. If you are not sure yet, ask for a free teardown: a person reads your public site and emails you a written punch list within a few business days, covering what is unclear, what is missing and what gets in the way for visitors, search and AI tools.
A small number of iPhone app projects are considered too. Pick “An iPhone app” in the form and describe the idea.

Everything happens by email. AJ reads every request and replies within a few business days.
Questions people ask before they write in.
- How does quoting work?
- Fill in the short quote form with what you are working on, what it needs to do, and anything you know about budget and timing. AJ reads it and replies by email with questions and a quote. There is no sales sequence, and everything happens in writing, which gives both sides time to think.
- Why do you build on Duda?
- Duda lets a business owner manage a structured site without a developer on retainer. It is a good platform, and Zossoz knows it well. Most client sites ship on it. The structure, content, and care are the real work, and they matter more than the tool underneath.
- What does the free teardown cover?
- A person reads your public site and writes up clarity, structure, metadata, headings, technical basics, trust signals, calls to action, schema, local signals, content freshness, mobile usability, and whether AI tools can make sense of it. No login or access is needed, only your URL. It does not promise rankings or traffic.
- How long does a website take?
- It depends on the size of the site and how quickly content and feedback come back. A small new site and a large rebuild are different projects, so the quote includes a timeline for yours. Nothing starts until you have seen it.
- Do I have to write the copy?
- No. You bring direction, context, and approval, and Zossoz writes the pages. If you already have good writing, it gets used.
- Can you use what is already on my site?
- Yes. Your current site is source material. What works stays, what is thin gets rewritten, and the structure is rebuilt around it.
- What is brand voice and messaging work?
- It is defining how your business sounds and what it says: the voice, the core messages, and the words on every page. We use CAFECITO, the studio's brand voice system, so the result is a written voice and messaging guide that your team and your AI tools can write from, and everything you publish reads like one company.
