Every Zossoz site comes with a monthly plan, so the site is built for you, and we keep it working and current. Launch is from $249 a month. Growth and Growth + Voice are quoted with your free homepage mock-up, once we have seen what your business needs.
Who each plan is for

Launch
From $249 a month
Launch is for a business that needs a real website and does not want to think about it again. A restaurant with a menu, a barber with a price list, a plumber with a service area: five pages that say who you are, what you do and how to reach you, kept working month after month.
Growth

Growth is for a business that wants its site to do more than sit there. If you have more to say than five pages hold, if you want new customers to find you through Google, or if your offers change with the seasons, Growth keeps adding to the site every month.
Growth + Voice

Growth + Voice is for a business that cares how it sounds. If your site, your menu, your emails and your signs all read like different people wrote them, or if you are about to grow and want one voice to grow with, this is the plan. It also has the most new content.

A website designed and written for you, up to 5 pages
You do not start with a blank page. We choose a design that suits your kind of business, write the words from what is public about you and what you tell us, and build the pages. A typical five-page site is a home page, what you offer, a page about you, a page for hours and how to find you, and one more that suits you, like a gallery or a menu. You see it and approve it before it goes live.
Hosting, updates and fixes
Hosting is the place your site lives so people can open it. It is included, so there is no separate hosting bill to chase. Updates and fixes mean the technical upkeep: keeping the site secure and running, and repairing anything that breaks, like a form that stops sending or a page that stops loading.
A monthly check of pages, forms and links
Once a month we open your site the way a customer would. Do the pages load? Does the contact form still reach you? Does every link go somewhere? Does it still look right on a phone? If we find something broken, we fix it.
Up to 4 small changes a month
A small change is a quick edit to something already on your site. Swap a photo. Change your hours for a holiday. Add a dish to the menu or take one off. Update a price. Fix a typo. Add a team member. Change the line in your banner. A new page, a new feature (like an online store) or a redesign is bigger than a small change, and we will tell you how it fits before we start.
Your new site linked from your Google profile at launch
When your site goes live, we make sure the link on your Google profile points to it, so people who find you on Google can tap through to a real website. That is the one thing we do with your profile. We do not run it or post on it for you.

Getting found on Google and growing your site.
Up to 10 pages
Room for the pages a growing business needs: a page for each main service, a page for catering or parties, a page for the team, a page for the area you serve. More pages mean more things a customer can find you for.
Up to 8 small changes a month
The same kind of quick edits as in Launch, with twice the room. A restaurant that changes its menu weekly, or a shop that posts new arrivals, usually wants this.
Two new blog posts a month, written from facts you give us
You send a few facts: a job you finished, a question a customer keeps asking, a new dish, a change to your hours. We turn them into a post on your own site, in plain words. Because we write from your facts, nothing is made up about your business. Posts give your site fresh pages about the things people actually ask.
A new page every quarter
Every three months we add one page to your site. It might be a service you offer but never gave its own page, like catering for a restaurant or bridal styling for a salon. It might be a season, like a summer menu or hurricane-season prep for a trades company. It might be a promotion, like Mother's Day or a grand opening. You pick the idea, or we suggest one.
A quarterly search tune-up
Four times a year we look at how your site reads to Google and to the people searching. We check the page titles and descriptions you see in search results, the local words a Miami customer would type (the neighborhood, the service), and the structured data, which is hidden code that tells Google your hours, your address and what you do. We compare all of it against what people actually search, using Google Search data for your site, and then we make the fixes. We cannot promise where you will appear on Google. The tune-up gives Google a clear, honest picture of your business.
A short monthly report: five numbers
Once a month you get a short note with five numbers and a line or two on what they mean. The five: visits to your site, messages sent through your site's forms, how many times your site showed up in Google Search, how many people clicked through from Google Search, and your top pages: the three pages people opened most. It is meant to be read in a minute, not studied.

A CAFECITO brand voice system in the first 60 days
CAFECITO is our brand voice system. In your first 60 days we work out how your business sounds and write it down: the tone you use, the words you like, the words you avoid, and the few messages you want people to remember. It ends as a short guide you can hand to anyone who writes for you, including your team and your AI tools. Then the whole site is rewritten in that voice, so every page sounds like the same business.
Four new blog posts a month instead of two
The same posts as Growth, written from facts you give us, twice as often, and in your new voice.
A new page every month instead of every quarter
Where Growth adds a page each quarter, this plan adds one each month: a service, a season, a promotion, an event. A site that keeps adding pages gives people more to find and more reasons to come back.
A seasonal homepage refresh each quarter
Four times a year your home page gets a fresh look at the top: a new headline, new photos and a featured offer that fits the season. A summer special, a holiday menu, a back-to-school push. The page people see first never goes stale.
Up to 12 small changes a month, handled first
Three times the room of Launch for quick edits, and yours go to the front of the line.
Your own access
You can edit the site yourself.
Every site is built on an easy-to-use CMS, which is the part of a website you log in to. You get access to it. Change a price at the counter, swap a photo, fix the hours for a holiday, update the menu, all without waiting for anyone.
Anything you change yourself is yours to make, and it does not count toward the small changes we make for you. We are there for anything bigger.
Billing
How billing works.
You pay monthly. Launch is from $249 a month, and the quote for your site sets the exact figure. Monthly plans have a twelve-month minimum, set out in your quote.
Rather pay once?
Ask for an upfront quote instead. The site is built the same way, and a small monthly care plan keeps it hosted and current.
