- Do the apps need an account?
- No. Every Zossoz app works without an account. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to log into.
- What do the apps do with my data?
- The data lives on your phone, and the apps were built that way because Zossoz has no interest in holding it. Nothing is sold to anyone, and there is no analytics or tracking. Some apps offer optional iCloud backup or sync, and each app has its own Privacy page that spells out exactly what it does.
- Are there subscriptions?
- Most apps are free to start, with a one-time unlock for the extras. CipherKit also offers a yearly option next to its lifetime unlock. Each app page says what is free and what the unlock adds.
- Where do I get the apps?
- On the App Store. The Apps page links to each one, with a plain description of what it does.
- Who do I contact for app support?
- Email support@zossoz.com. A person reads it. Questions about a website or app project go through the quote form on the Websites page instead.
- Can Zossoz build an app for me?
- We build iPhone and iPad apps when a business needs one. Tell us what it should do, and we’ll send you a quote: pick “An iPhone or iPad app” in the quote form. We reply by email.
Websites
How quoting works, what the free teardown is, and how you can update your own site.
- How does quoting work?
- Fill in the short quote form with what you are working on, what it needs to do, and anything you know about budget and timing. We read it and reply by email with questions and a quote. There is no sales sequence, and everything that matters is in writing, which gives both sides time to think.
- Can I update the site myself?
- Yes. Your site is built on an easy-to-use CMS that you get access to. You can log in and change text, photos, hours and menus yourself, and we are there for anything bigger. Your plan also includes a set number of small changes each month that we make for you.
- What does the free teardown cover?
- A person reads your public site and writes up twelve plain-word checks: phone view, speed, hours and contact, menu, services and prices, booking or next step, trust, easy to read and use, what you do, page titles and descriptions, structure and links, fresh and up to date, and where you are. You get the findings in writing, with the three fixes to make first. No login or access is needed, only your website address. It does not promise rankings or traffic.
- How long does a website take?
- It depends on the size of the site and how quickly content and feedback come back. A small new site and a large rebuild are different projects, so the quote includes a timeline for yours. Nothing starts until you have seen it.
- Do I have to write the copy?
- No. You bring direction, context, and approval, and Zossoz writes the pages. If you already have good writing, it gets used.
- Can you use what is already on my site?
- Yes. Your current site is source material. What works stays, what is thin gets rewritten, and the structure is rebuilt around it.
- How do the monthly plans work?
- Every site comes with one. Launch, from $249 a month, covers a website designed and written for you (up to five pages), hosting, updates and fixes, a monthly check of pages, forms and links, and up to four small changes a month. Growth adds up to ten pages, up to eight small changes, two new blog posts a month, a new page every quarter, a quarterly search tune-up and a short monthly report. Growth + Voice adds a CAFECITO brand voice system with the whole site rewritten in it, four posts a month, a new page every month, a seasonal homepage refresh and up to twelve small changes, handled first. Plans have a twelve-month minimum, set out in your quote.
- Do you work with businesses outside Miami?
- Yes. We are based in Miami and work with businesses in South Florida and beyond, mostly by email, so location does not change how it works.
