Websites for professional services
Websites for South Florida bookkeepers, tutors, studios and consultants.
Before someone trusts you with their books, their kid’s grades or their project, they look you up. What they find has to say who you help, what you do and how to get started, in plain words.
We build sites for South Florida bookkeepers, tutors, design and fitness studios, and consultants. You see a mock-up of your homepage first, free.
What is on it
What a professional services site needs
A small practice does not need a big site. It needs a few short pages that each do one job.
- 01
Home
Who you help, what you do for them, and one next step: Request a consult, or Send a message.
- 02
Services
Each service in plain terms: who it is for, what is included and how it works. A starting price if you want to give one.
- 03
About
You. A real photo and two short paragraphs on your background and why people hire you. For a solo practice, this is often the most-read page.
- 04
How it works
Three or four steps from the first message to finished work, so nobody has to guess what happens next.
- 05
Contact
A short inquiry form and your email. Add a scheduling link if you use one.
Built in
- Credentials and certifications stated once, where people look for them.
- A short page of answers to the questions every new client asks.
- For a studio: class times and membership details on one clear page.
- Testimonials and client work only when they are real and approved.
The designs
Three looks for a practice or studio
There are 25 designs in all. These three suit this kind of business well, and we start with the one that fits you best.

These are design concepts for made-up businesses, not clients. Yours is built from your own details.

Three steps
How it works for a practice or studio
- 1
Send your name and Maps link
We read what is public on your Google profile: your services, your neighborhood and your reviews.
- 2
See your homepage
A mock-up in a look that suits how you work. A tutor’s office and a boxing gym should not share a design.
- 3

Questions professionals ask
- I am a one-person practice. Do I need more than one page?
- Usually four or five short pages work better than one long one: home, services, about, how it works and contact. Each answers one question, and nobody has to scroll for it.
- Should I put my rates on the site?
- It is your call. A starting price or a range helps the right people reach out and spares you the wrong ones. If you would rather not, say what is included so people can judge the value.
- How do I look trustworthy without naming clients?
- With your credentials, your years in the work, a clear process and testimonials you have permission to use. We never invent a client or a review.
- I run a studio with classes. Can the schedule go on the site?
- Yes. It can be a schedule page we keep current, or a link to the booking tool you already use for classes.
- Will the site help people find me?
- Nobody can promise rankings, and we do not. What we can do is write your services and your city on the page, give every page a clear title and keep it fast on a phone. That gives search a fair chance to understand you.
