Zossoz Games is made by Zossoz, Inc. (“Zossoz,” “we,” “us”). The short promise: your games are yours, and we never see them.
The short version
- No account and no sign-up.
- We run no servers and collect no personal data.
- Your puzzles, progress, streaks and settings live only on your device.
- Leaderboards and achievements go through Apple’s Game Center, not through us.
- No ads, no analytics, no tracking, no data sales.
What Zossoz Games stores, and where
Your solve history, daily results, streaks, statistics, archive progress, achievements, unlocked themes and settings are stored locally in the app’s own storage on your device. Nothing is ever sent to Zossoz. Deleting the app removes all of it.
Game Center
Signing in to Game Center is optional. If you do, Zossoz Games uses it for leaderboards and achievements. Game Center is run by Apple under your Apple Account and Apple’s privacy policy. Scores you post to a leaderboard are visible to other Game Center players according to your Game Center settings. Zossoz receives none of this. If you don’t use Game Center, everything else in the app works the same.
Widgets and notifications
The Home Screen widgets show your daily puzzles and your progress. The app writes that small summary to a private App Group container shared only with its own widgets. It never leaves your device. If you turn on the optional daily reminder, it is scheduled by your device itself; we don’t run a notification server.
Purchases
All Access is an optional one-time in-app purchase. It is handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit; Zossoz never sees your payment details. The app only asks Apple which items your account owns, and keeps that list on your device so the right content opens offline. You can restore purchases any time from Settings, and they are available to your family through Family Sharing.
What we don’t do
- No analytics or tracking SDKs of any kind.
- No advertising and no data sales.
- No collection of names, emails, contacts, location or device identifiers.
- No camera, microphone or photos access.
Children
Zossoz Games collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Deleting your data
Your data is on your device, so you control it. Deleting the app removes everything stored on it. Game Center scores and achievements are managed by Apple in your Game Center settings.
Changes to this policy
If Zossoz Games ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, we’ll update this policy and its effective date before that change ships.
