What it does
Fifteen games, one table
Klondike leads the way, and everything you might want to play next is a tap away.
- 01
Klondike, your way
Draw one or draw three, limit the redeals, and score it Standard, Vegas or Vegas cumulative. Play against the clock or take all the time you like.
- 02
The classics
Spider with one, two or four suits, FreeCell, Pyramid, TriPeaks and Golf.
- 03
And the rest of the deck
Yukon, Russian, Scorpion, Forty Thieves, Canfield, Baker’s Dozen, Eight Off, Accordion and Clock, each played by its own rules.
What it does
Rivals who race you
- 01
Twelve characters
Each plays at their own skill and pace, from the quick and careless to the patient and precise.
- 02
Duel on the same deal
Both of you get the same cards. You see how many cards they have sent home and how many moves they have made, and the race is on.
- 03
Made with you in mind
Rivals can banter as you play, and you can describe a new one and have the app build them.
Winnable deals, when you want them
Switch on winnable deals and every game deals only hands that can be won, so a loss means a missed move and not a bad shuffle. Prefer the thrill of not knowing? Turn it off. FreeCell has numbered deals, Deal #1 to #32000, so you can come back to the same hand, and there is a daily deal for each featured game, the same for everyone.
The World Tour
A campaign across eight venues, from a Front Porch and a Corner Café to a Tea House, a Riverboat Parlor, a Frontier Saloon, a Deco Lounge, an Ocean Liner and a Snowbound Cabin. Each venue brings its own table, its own deck design and its own games, about seventy-five stages in all, with a boss deal at the end of each. Earn up to three stars by winning, beating the clock or the move target, and finishing without undo.
Learn it properly
Every game has its own path, and lessons teach before they quiz, on real positions: which move turns a card over, what is the best use of this empty column. Start with the basics, then learn the game, then a think-like-a-pro track on planning ahead, counting cards and knowing when to turn the stock. Unit checkpoints and test-outs let you skip what you know. No streaks, no hearts, no pressure.
A coach and a review
Ask for a hint any time and see the move worth making. When you get stuck, a nudge tells you there are no useful moves left and offers an undo. After a game, the review shows the turning points, the moments the deal swung, with a card to share.
Cards that feel right
Drag cards to any legal spot, with the targets lit up, tap to send a card where it wants to go, double-tap to send it to the foundation, and let the game finish a won deal for you. Unlimited undo and hints, smooth flips and a win cascade that respects Reduce Motion, a left-handed layout, a big-card deck, full VoiceOver, and statistics for every game.
With friends: Solitaire Showdown and Game Center
In Solitaire Showdown everyone plays the same deal on their own phone while an iPad or TV shows the live race. It needs no accounts and no internet. Game Center adds live races, leaderboards and achievements, and a Home Screen widget shows today’s deal.
On-device intelligence
On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, rivals have something to say and you can describe a rival and have the app build them. It runs on your device, it is optional, and Solitaire Extreme plays the same without it.
