Poker Extreme privacy policy

Poker Extreme is made by Zossoz, Inc. (“Zossoz,” “we,” “us”). The short promise: your games are yours, and we never see them.

The short version

• No account and no sign-up.
• We run no servers and collect no personal data.
• Your games, progress, stats and settings live only on your device.
• Online play, leaderboards and achievements go through Apple’s Game Center, not through us.
• Apple Intelligence features run on your device.
• No real money, no ads, no analytics, no tracking, no data sales.

What Poker Extreme stores, and where

Your game history and hands, Venue Tour progress, daily results, lesson progress, statistics, achievements, custom players you create and settings (including the name you type in Settings, if you type one) are stored locally in the app’s own storage on your device. Nothing is ever sent to Zossoz. Deleting the app removes all of it.

No real money

Poker Extreme is a game of skill and chance for fun. There is no real-money gambling, no prizes and no chips for sale. Every game starts every player on the same fresh stack, and nothing carries over between games.

Game Center

Signing in to Game Center is optional. If you do, Poker Extreme uses it for online games with friends, leaderboards (such as the daily puzzle) and achievements. Game Center is run by Apple under your Apple Account. During an online game, the other players see your Game Center name and your actions at the table. Scores you post to a leaderboard are visible to other Game Center players according to your Game Center settings. Zossoz receives none of this. If you don’t use Game Center, everything else in the app works the same.

Table Night

Table Night lets one iPad, or a TV, be the table while everyone holds their cards on their own phone nearby. The devices connect directly to each other over the local network, using Apple’s MultipeerConnectivity, which is why the app asks for local-network permission when you open Table Night. They share the game and the name each player chooses, and only with each other. Nothing goes over the internet, nothing goes to Zossoz, and Table Night games aren’t saved.

Apple Intelligence

On supported devices, Poker Extreme uses Apple’s on-device language model, through the Foundation Models framework, to write the opponents’ table talk, to phrase the coach’s explanations and to build a custom opponent from a description you type. It runs entirely on your device, and nothing is sent to Zossoz. The game works without it. The coach’s equity figures and the strongest opponents’ choices come from calculations and models that also run on your device.

Widgets

The Home Screen widgets show your daily puzzle and progress. The app writes that small summary to a private App Group container shared only with its own widgets. It never leaves your device.

Sharing

If you tap Share on a daily result or a hand review card, the app hands the text or image to the iOS share sheet and you choose where it goes. Nothing is shared unless you do that.

Purchases

Poker Extreme’s Full Game, venue packs, opponent packs and Complete Collection are optional one-time in-app purchases. They are handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit; Zossoz never sees your payment details. The app only asks Apple which items your account owns, and keeps that list on your device so the right content opens offline. You can restore purchases any time from Settings or in the store, and they are available to your family through Family Sharing.

What we don’t do

• No analytics or tracking SDKs of any kind.
• No advertising and no data sales.
• No collection of names, emails, contacts, location or device identifiers.
• No camera, microphone or photos access.

Children

Poker Extreme collects no personal information from anyone, including children. It is rated for simulated gambling and is intended for older audiences.

Deleting your data

Your data is on your device, so you control it. Deleting the app removes everything stored on it. Game Center scores and achievements are managed by Apple in your Game Center settings.

Changes to this policy

If Poker Extreme ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, we’ll update this policy and its effective date before that change ships.
