What it does
Nineteen games, five levels, twelve characters
Every major variant, in no-limit, pot-limit and fixed-limit wherever the game allows it, as a cash table, Sit & Go, simulated tournament or heads-up duel.
- 01
Every variant you have heard of
Hold'em, Short Deck, Pineapple, Omaha, Omaha Hi-Lo, Big O, Courchevel, Stud, Razz, five-card Draw, 2-7 Triple Draw and home games like Follow the Queen, Baseball, Chicago and Deuces Wild.
- 02
Five bot levels
Beginner, Casual, Regular, Shark and Pro. The low levels play loose and make honest mistakes. The top level plays close to a solver, backed by a neural network trained by playing itself.
- 03
Twelve personas
Each opponent has a style, a tell and table talk. Tight or loose, passive or aggressive, and a director that keeps the game close as you improve.
- 04
The Venue Tour
A campaign across eight invented venues, from a garage game to a rooftop lounge, each with its own table and ending with a boss, then a finale. Earn up to three stars a stage.
- 05
Everyone starts equal
No real money. No chips for sale. Every game starts everyone on the same fresh stack, and results are measured in finishes, big blinds won and stars.
- 06
Eight hand-made tables
Each venue has its own felt, cards, chips and mood, from a folding table under a work lamp to a neon-lit lounge.
Learn poker, properly
A learning path for each game family, built on teaching a step and then quizzing only what was taught, with checkpoints and test-outs, and no streaks or hearts. Trainers cover preflop ranges, outs and pot odds, hand reading and split pots, and there is a free equity calculator.
A coach, and a review of every hand
Ask the coach at any point to see your equity and a suggested action with a short reason. Afterwards, review the hand to see where you lost value, in big blinds, then replay it or share a card.
Something new every day
A daily puzzle that is the same spot for everyone, with a Game Center leaderboard, and a daily Sit & Go.
With friends: Table Night and online
Table Night turns an iPad or TV into the table while each phone holds its player's private cards, with no accounts and no internet needed. Online play goes through Game Center, with bots filling empty seats.
On-device intelligence
On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, opponents get their own table talk and you can describe a player and have the app build them. It runs on your device, it is optional, and Poker Extreme plays the same without it.
Free to start, no ads
Every variant and every format except tournaments are free, with the first two venues, four characters, the first three bot levels, the first chapter of the Venue Tour, a quick-start unit in each learning path, the equity calculator, the dailies, online play and joining a Table Night. The Full Game is a one-time purchase that opens the rest of the tour, tournaments, the Shark and Pro levels, every learning path and trainer, hosting Table Night and the player creator. Venue packs and opponent packs add more, and everything works with Family Sharing. No subscriptions, no ads, no tracking.
