Heirloom Provenance

Keeper Help

Help with recording heirlooms, their stories and who they are meant for, and printing The Register.

How do I add an heirloom?
Add a new object, photograph it from as many angles as you like, then write down its story, who it came from and who it is meant to go to. Origin and era are free text, so you can write about 1950s or Grandma's kitchen without picking a date.
Can I record the story in my own voice?
Yes. Each object can hold one voice note, and that is free. Turning the voice note into text uses the Keeper Complete unlock.
What is Ask Grandma?
An interview mode that asks questions about an object so a relative can tell its story out loud. It is part of Keeper Complete. On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, Keeper can also suggest follow-up questions based on what you have already written.
How do I print The Register?
Open the Register tab and tap Generate The Register for a one-page-per-object PDF of your whole collection, or filter by person or heir first. You can print it or share it. A single object's card PDF is always free.
What is free and what needs Keeper Complete?
Unlimited objects, photos and stories, one voice note per object, single-object card PDFs, backup and restore, the widget, Siri, Shortcuts and Spotlight search are all free. Keeper Complete is a one-time unlock, with no subscription, that adds The Register, Ask Grandma and voice-note transcription.
How do I back up my collection?
Export a backup from Settings. It is a single file containing your objects, photos and voice notes that you can save or send anywhere. Opening a backup file merges it into your collection, keeps the newer version of anything that appears in both, and never deletes what you already have.
Can I browse by person or room?
Yes. Switch the view to see everything from one grandparent, or everything in one room.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Settings in Keeper and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple ID you bought with.
How do I contact support?
Email support@zossoz.com. A person replies by email.

Still stuck?
