What happens if I cancel Site Care?
You keep your site. Zossoz does not hold your website hostage. If you cancel, your site remains live and yours. What stops is the active managed layer — updates, monitoring, content reviews, reporting, and structured data maintenance. Unmanaged sites degrade over time, which is why we recommend continuous care, but the decision is yours.
Can I get Site Care without a Zossoz rebuild?
Site Care is designed for Zossoz-built or Zossoz-managed sites. We manage what we built because we know the structure, the schema, the content logic, and the conversion paths. We do not offer generic maintenance for sites built elsewhere — the managed layer only works when it understands what it is managing.
What is included in Site Care vs. billed separately?
Every tier includes the activities listed — updates, monitoring, content reviews, reporting, and structured data checks — at the frequency and depth specified per tier. Work outside the scope of care (new pages, new sections, copy rewrites, major redesigns, or new service launches) is scoped and quoted separately. Your monthly care fee is not a credit toward new build work.
How is my care tier chosen?
Care tier is recommended during the Rebuild Blueprint phase based on your site scope, number of pages, service complexity, and visibility goals. We match the tier to the rebuild — a 5-page Essential Rebuild does not need Authority-tier management. If your needs grow, you can move up at any time.
