Managed Website Rebuild

Visibility Rebuild: scope and method

The Visibility Rebuild replaces a stale or unclear website with a managed visibility system built around clearer messaging, stronger structure, and better next steps.

A stronger website system, not a cosmetic refresh.

Run a teardown before you rebuild

Human review. Async. No sales call.

That’s it. Two fields and your name. No phone number, no sales sequence.

Outdated websites often have thin service pages, weak proof, unclear calls-to-action, and content that does not help visitors understand or trust the business.

A Visibility Rebuild restructures the site around the signals that support discovery, credibility, and action.

How it shows up in a teardown.

Every Visibility Rebuild starts with a teardown, and on the sites that end up here the findings cluster in the same handful of spots. This is what we flag most before scoping the rebuild.

Service pages
One paragraph trying to cover five different services, so none of them actually get explained.
Proof
Testimonials parked on their own page, nowhere near the offer they're supposed to back up.
Calls to action
The same gray "Contact us" button on every page, with no sense of what happens next.
Navigation
No clear path from homepage to service page to booking, so visitors have to hunt for it.

Three shifts a Visibility Rebuild makes.

  • 01

    Clearer positioning

Explain what the business does, who it serves, and why visitors should care.

  • 02

    Better structure

Create pages and sections that organize services, proof, FAQs, and next steps.

  • 03

    Managed foundation

Launch a site that can be maintained, refreshed, and expanded after launch.

Teardown, rebuild, maintain.

  1. Step 01

    Teardown and blueprint

Start with current-site findings and a practical rebuild plan.

  2. Step 02

    Rebuild the system

Create the core website structure, content flow, and conversion paths.

  3. Step 03

    Maintain after launch

Keep the site supported through Zossoz Site Care.

What actually gets built.

The scope depends on the tier: Essential starts at $4,500 for five pages, Growth runs $7,500 for eight to ten, and a Living Website System runs $12,000 when the site needs ongoing content sections built to expand. Whichever tier fits, the work starts from the blueprint's sitemap, not a blank template: every service page gets rebuilt around one offer, one audience, and one clear next step instead of general copy stretched across the whole site.

From there it's structural work, not decorative: proof gets placed where the decision actually happens, calls-to-action get tied to what each page's visitor is likely ready for, and internal links get rebuilt so a visitor can move from homepage to service to booking without hunting. Once the site ships, it hands off into Site Care instead of getting left alone to go stale again.

Have outgrown the current website · Need clearer service pages · Need stronger trust and proof · Want a managed website system.

Before you rebuild.

Is this a redesign?
It is a rebuild. The goal is a stronger website system, not just a new look.
Can existing content be reused?
Useful content can be reused, but it is reorganized and improved where needed.
Is ongoing care included?
Zossoz-built sites are intended to continue with Site Care after launch.
